Cancellation & Refund Policy

All purchases on Urban Cutiez are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be copied or used immediately, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or partial returns once an order is placed.

1. No cancellations

Once you complete a purchase, the order cannot be cancelled. The licence is issued immediately and the files become available for download.

2. No refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason after purchase. This includes cases where you changed your mind, selected the wrong template, or no longer need the product.

3. Exceptions

The only exception is a duplicate charge for the same order. If you were charged twice, contact us at hello@urbancutiez.store within 7 days with your order ID and the email used. We will review and refund the duplicate charge only.

4. By purchasing

You agree to these terms at the time of purchase. If you are unsure about anything, review the template details carefully before completing payment.
