Terms of Service

1. What Urban Cutiez is

We sell website templates you personalise in the browser — you add your own photos and words, then publish the result to a private link you can share. Some templates are free, the rest are a single one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

2. Your account

• Use an email address you actually control. Sign-in codes go there and we cannot recover an account without it.
• Do not share your sign-in code with anyone. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.

3. What you get when you buy

Payment buys you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that template to create and publish pages for yourself or as a gift, for as long as your account is open. You are licensing the template, not buying ownership of it.

4. What you may not do with a template

• Resell it, sublicense it, or give it away, whether modified or not.
• Publish it anywhere as your own template, or include it in a template pack, marketplace or bundle.
• Use it to build a competing template or gifting service.
• Strip out or hide any credit or notice we have placed in the files.
• Share your account so other people can publish from your licence.

5. The content you upload

Your photos and your words stay yours. To run the service we need your permission to store them, process them and show them on the page you publish — that permission is limited to operating Urban Cutiez and ends when you delete the content or your account.

By uploading something you confirm you have the right to use it. Do not upload anyone else's photographs, artwork, music or writing without their permission, and do not upload a photo of another person who would object to it being published.

6. What you must not publish

We can remove a page and suspend an account for breaching this, without a refund. We do not screen pages before they go live, so if you find something that breaks these rules, report it to us and we will look.

• Anything unlawful under Indian law.
• Sexual content, or any content involving a minor in a sexual or exploitative way.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or content targeting someone on the basis of religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability or ethnicity.
• Material that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive whoever opens the link.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We can change prices at any time, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is handled by our payment provider; if a payment fails or is reversed we may withdraw access to what it covered.

8. Refunds

These are digital goods delivered instantly, so once you have published a page or downloaded the files an order cannot be returned and is not refundable.

We will refund you in full if you were charged twice for the same order, if payment succeeded but access was never delivered, or if a template is materially broken and we cannot fix it for you. Write to us within 7 days of the order with your order details and we will sort it out.

9. Availability

We work to keep the site up but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting failures and problems at our providers all happen. We may also add, change or retire templates over time; a template you already bought stays available to you.

10. Our intellectual property

The Urban Cutiez name, logo, site design, template designs and underlying code belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you beyond the licence in clause 3.

11. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Urban Cutiez whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where we are legally required to. Published pages come down when an account is closed.

12. Liability

Urban Cutiez is provided as it is. We do not warrant that a template will suit a particular purpose or that a page will be error-free. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, but subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order it relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
